Mr. Robert Jeffco has been training and teaching Hapkido at the Academy for more than 20 years.  He was an outstanding high school and college wrestler. He has a Master's Degree in Special Education.  He recently retired from the Altoona Area School District where he spent his career supporting special needs students.  Mr. Jeffco has received recognition for his humanitarian efforts.  He has provided a free special education class for challenged individuals for many years.  Mr Jeffco is certified as a black belt within the Jin Pal Hapkido Martial Arts Federation.
